Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

UK: Items shipped within the UK will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the next available working day. The above timeframes are approximate and may vary due to domestic delivery delays or other circumstances outside of our control. See our terms of service for further information. 

Special Delivery: Items ordered using our Special Delivery service will be dispatched on the next available working day (excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays).

Pre-Order Items: Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be specified on the individual product page or item description.

International Shipping 

Items shipped will be dispatched within 3–7 working days.

Import taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

We will shortly offer Express DDP Shipping (taxes included) as a shipping option at checkout for an additional cost. Customers will be informed via email when this service becomes available.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the next available working day. However, depending on your region, customs processing, and delivery services, additional delivery time may be required.

Please Note: Regulations regarding import duties and taxes vary by country. We cannot account for changes to import regulations or customs requirements that are outside of our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are aware of any import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply before placing an order.

Refused Shipments: If a customer refuses a shipment, a refund will be issued for the original purchase price of the item once it has been returned to us. Original shipping costs and any courier-related fees, customs charges, or return costs incurred as a result of the refusal will not be refunded.
